Drain cleaning
A clear drain, and the reason it clogged
Most clogs build for months before they stop a drain. Grease and food collect in the kitchen line, hair and soap in the tub, wipes in the toilet.
By the time water stands in the sink, the buildup runs well past the trap.
Our plumbers clear the line with the right tool for the pipe: a cable machine for most fixtures, hydro jetting for grease and heavy scale, and a waterproof camera when the same drain backs up again and again.
You get a working drain and a straight answer about what caused it.

What we handle
Drains we clear
Snaking, hydro jetting and camera inspections for sinks, tubs, toilets and main lines.
Kitchen sinks
Grease, food scraps and soap harden into a sleeve inside the pipe. We cut it out and flush the line clean.
Tubs, showers and bathroom sinks
Hair and soap scum are the usual cause. We clear the trap and the branch line behind it.
Toilets
Overflows, weak flushes and clogs a plunger will not move, including wipes and small toys.
Floor drains and laundry lines
Garage, utility room and washer standpipe drains that back up or smell.
Main line stoppages
When several drains back up at once, the blockage is in the main. We clear it from the cleanout.
Hydro jetting
High pressure water scours grease, scale and roots off the pipe wall, so the line stays open longer.
Camera inspections
A waterproof camera shows roots, breaks, sags and buildup, so the fix matches the problem.

Do you use chemicals to clear drains?
No. Drain chemicals sit in the trap, can damage older pipe and rarely reach the real blockage. We clear lines mechanically with a cable machine or a hydro jetter.
When does a drain need a camera inspection?
When the same line clogs again soon after it was cleared, when several drains are slow, or when roots or a broken pipe are suspected. The camera shows exactly where the trouble is before anyone digs.
Can you clear a drain the same day?
Often, yes. We are open 24 hours Monday through Friday and from 8 to 4 on Saturday. Call (727) 420-1941 and we will tell you when we can be there.
