Leaks & repiping

Leaks found, fixed and tested

A leak rarely stays small. A dripping supply line swells a cabinet floor, a running toilet adds to every water bill, and a leak under the slab can soak flooring before anyone sees water.

We trace the leak to its source, repair it and test the line under pressure before we leave.

When a house has had leak after leak, the pipe itself is usually the problem. Older galvanized and polybutylene lines wear out from the inside.

A repipe replaces them with PEX run cleanly to every fixture, so you stop chasing the next pinhole.

What we handle

Repairs we handle

Leaks found and fixed, faucets, toilets and disposals repaired, whole home PEX repipes.

  4. Toilets

Running toilets, weak flushes, loose bases and leaking seals repaired, or a new toilet set.

  5. Garbage disposals

Jammed or leaking disposals repaired or replaced under the sink.

  6. Whole home repiping

Worn galvanized or polybutylene supply lines replaced with PEX, fixture to fixture.

  7. Low water pressure

Scaled pipes, failing valves and hidden leaks found and corrected.

FAQ

Leak Repair & Repiping questions

Anything else, call (727) 420-1941.

How do you find a leak I cannot see?

We start at the meter to confirm there is a leak, then isolate sections of the system and test until we find it. That keeps any opening in a wall or floor to the one spot that needs it.

What is PEX, and why repipe with it?

PEX is a flexible supply pipe that resists scale and corrosion and needs fewer fittings than copper. It is the common choice for repiping Florida homes with failing galvanized or polybutylene lines.

What should I do if I have a sudden leak?

Turn off the main water supply if you can and call us right away at (727) 420-1941. Quick action limits water damage while we head to you.
